Panasonic 35-100mm F4-5.6 Lumix G Vario ASPH OIS Lens - Black£289.00

Thanks to its telescopelike construction, the new LUMIX G Vario 4.05.6/35100mm ASPH. /OIS telephoto zoom remains exceptionally compact when not in use, measuring only 50mm in length, 55.5mm in diameter and weighing only 135g. The handy telephoto zoom with its wide focal length range corresponding to 70200mm (KB) harmonises particularly well with the compact DSLM cameras of the LUMIX GM series, to which it is matched in its silver or black metal design.

With its focal length range, the telephoto zoom is suitable for snapshots and portraits as well as for optically bridging larger distances, whether in architectural or nature photography. The optical construction of the LUMIX G Vario 4.05.6/35100mm ASPH. /OIS consists of 12 lenses in 9 groups.

It provides a consistently high contrast over the entire image field and a high resolution over the entire zoom range. 2 lenses made of ED glass minimize disturbing color fringes. An aspherical lens guarantees the preservation of the high optical performance with a significant reduction in the size of the entire lens.

Multicoated lenses prevent disturbing reflections or ghost images. The stepper motordriven internal focusing in conjunction with the contrast AF system of the LUMIX G models ensures fast and precise focusing for photos and videos. The OIS image stabilizer protects against blurred images even at large image scales in the telephoto and closeup range.

7 aperture blades produce an almost circular aperture and thus a nice soft bokeh in the blurred areas of the subject, especially with larger aperture openings. A robust metal bayonet guarantees a precise and firm connection to all MicroFourThirds cameras.
